When you place an order, you’re confirming that the information provided is accurate and complete so we can make your item just right. Payment is collected in full before production begins.

Since each piece is made especially for you, orders can’t be changed or canceled once production has started.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made just for you, all sales are final and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on made to order or customized pieces. 

Before placing your order, we recommend taking a quick look at the size charts and product details to help ensure the perfect fit. If you have any questions about sizing or customization, we’re always happy to help, just reach out before ordering.

If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’re always happy to review and help however we can.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary once your order is on its way. After your package is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is in their hands, but we’ll always be cheering it along to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Because of Her Curves is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows a delay or issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
