Order Cancellations & Changes

Because all items are made to order, orders may be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of being placed, provided production has not yet begun.

After the 1 hour window, production may begin and orders can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Please note that in person purchases are customized and produced immediately and are therefore final sale and non refundable.

If you need to request a change for an online order, please reach out as soon as possible within the 1 hour window and we will do our best to accommodate.
