What sizes do you offer?

Because of Her proudly offers inclusive sizing from Small through 4XL (sizes vary in colours). Every body deserves access to fun, expressive clothing, and size should never limit style.


Are your items made to order or ready to ship?

All items are made to order.

You can browse our website to see which clothing styles, colours, and transfers are currently in stock. Making each piece to order allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and ensure every item is created intentionally just for you.


Can I customize my item?

Yes. Every piece of clothing we currently carry can be customized with out high quality transfer selections.

Transfers that are in stock will be shown online and available in person at markets and trade shows.

 

Can I request a custom design online?

Not yet! In time, custom design requests will be available!

 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Because all items are made to order, our standard processing time is 5–10 business days.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times are handled by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control once your package has been dropped off.

 

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Canada and the USA. Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout based on your location.


What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any shipping promotions or special offers will be clearly noted on the website.

 

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because all items are made to order and customized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour choice, or customization preferences. If there is an issue with your order due to a defect or error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and make it right.

 

What if my item doesn’t fit?

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart provided with each product before placing your order.

If you don’t have a tape measure at home, here’s an easy option:

• Use a string, ribbon, phone charger, or belt to measure

• Lay it flat against a ruler or measuring stick

• Compare those measurements to the size chart

How do I care for my clothing?

To help your items last as long as possible, we recommend the following care instructions for all apparel:

• Turn garment inside out before washing

• Wash cold on a gentle cycle

• Do not bleach

• Tumble dry low or hang to dry to avoid shrinking

• Do not iron directly on the design
